136uX updates

I've been trying to compile mame136u4 x86 with cabmame diffs but I'm getting a compile error (I think it was on file render.o). I have a feeling at least one of the diffs probably needs to be changed since the mame source has changed. I don't suppose you have an up to date diff package for 136u4 available somewhere or do you only do full releases?

Usually I only do full releases, but I'll take a look at it.

Mame 0.137 is out now (yay, Killer Instinct should work again on x86).

I don't suppose you'd be willing to do a cabmame32 compile with the hiscore.diff from here would you? :)
